Members of this group earn their position through achieving time standards and their previous commitment level. Common goals, work ethic, and desire to be good team member must be evident while striving to reach the next level. The strength training side focuses on building a better athlete through coordination, dexterity and functional strength. We train our kids in a format necessary to compete at the highest level. Swimmers must show dedication, time management, and leadership in and out of the pool with the goal being to progress to the NCAA rankings. Technique, endurance, speed, and strength training are performed with a scientific approach, intensity and versatility that is unique to Paseo Aquatics.
