Senior II

This will be the first season for the Senior II group. This group trains hard, everyday. It is the goal of the Senior group to prepare the athletes for college swimming. If the athlete desires to pursue swimming collegiately, we will do everything in our power to make it a reality. . This group utilizes personalized workouts, nutritional plans, and dryland for a proven track record of success. 

Nonmember of Porter Valley Country Club(PVCC) 200.00 per month (first month than you must join as members of Porter Valley Country Club)

Member of PVCC 100.00 per month

Group requirments

  • ●  6x100 swim @ 1:10

  • ●  6x50 kick @ :50

  • ●  4x200 IM @ 2:40

    Athletes will attend all mandatory events unless excused PRIOR by parent/coach.

    a. Mandatory events include:

    1. Swim practices

    2. Dryland practices

    3. Swim meets

    4. Meetings (college talks, nutritional meetings, etc.)

  •  8 swim practices per week (2 doubles preferably mon/fri)
  • Mandatory meets
  • Dryland 3x per week
  • 14 and Over

 

MTWF 6:30-8:15pm
Dryland Monday/Wedesday 5:20-6:20pm Thursday 5:30-6:00pm
Th 5:00-6:30am AND 6:00-8:00pm
Sat 6:00-8:00 am (Rancho Simi Pool) Dryland 8:00-9:00 am
