Dryland

Dryland is what we call out-of-the-pool strength training for swimming muscles. We have it every dryland day except Saturday and Sunday. We do different exercises on each dryland day, and focus on swimmer's core, flexibility, and balance. We usually use Stretch cordz or short cords, and will work on thera-band things. We also normally use the medicine ball to do core work with balance work, along with other types of mat strength training. The following are the mandatory items you must have. **Please bring shoes to dryland everyday**
