Spare Time Aquatics is proud to offer a program that accepts and encourages swimmers who participate in multiple sports or activities.
The key to long term enjoyment in any sport or activity is having fun and getting good instruction at a young age. At a young age children should strive to become well rounded in their sports and activities not master them to the exclusion of all other sports and activities.
With this thought in mind, at Spare Time Aquatics we stress having fun and learning proper technique in our age-group programs. As our swimmers progress the commitment level will increase if they are striving to become a Senior swimmer. If a swimmer participates in multiple sports or activities we make every effort to help them balance their swimming schedule with their other activities so that they can meet their goals.
If your child participates in multiple sports or activities please take the time to write down the following information and give it to your childs coach.

Please keep in mind that for the best results educationally and athletically your swimmer should avoid missing practices on Mondays and Fridays if possible. If they miss Monday and/or Friday along with Saturday and Sunday all of the gains from the previous week will be lost or forgotten.
