DESCRIPTION: Speed III is designed for the intermediate swimmer, that has accomplished Red & Blue times. This is a transitional group into competition and commitment. This group will focus on proper techniques, sprint work, middle distance, long distance, core, and drill set's to strengthen, improve stroke/speed as well as (some) dry land workouts. Swim practice is offered Monday thru Friday. Swimmers can choose to swim 2x, 3x, or full aceess.
EQUIPMENT: Kick board, pull buoy, paddles, fins, athletic wear for dryland (shoes, socks, shorts, tshirt).
