October Workout Schedule

October Workout Instructions:  Until further notice, there will no longer be pre-registration required for workouts in October. 

Important Note: By attending workout, you are still acknowledging "NO" to all of the following questions:

  1.   Do you have a fever over 99.9?
  2.   Do you have a persistent cough?
  3.   Are you experiencing shortness of breath?
  4.   Do you have chills or repeated shaking with chills?
  5.   Do you have muscle pains and aches?
  6.   Do you have a sore throat?
  7.   Are you experiencing new loss of taste or smell?
  8.   Have you experienced any gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite?

If the answer to any of these questions is "YES", do not come to workout.  We will ask when you show up to workout if all of the answers to these questions is still NO.  Thank you.

Mira Costa High School (MCHS): Workout times and groups will vary by week, depending on pool availability at Mira Costa.

Redondo Union High School (RUHS): Separate B/C workout & Snr/A workout 

Please arrive 15 minutes earlier than the workout start time to allow the coaches to check-in & organize the swimmers properly.
