Ultra Swim Club offers year round training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of Ultra Swim Club to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.

Ultra Swim Club is a competitive Swim Team. Swimmers must know how to swim across the pool and have a concept of all strokes. *Every swimmer must compete in meets once they've reached the Red/Blue Level.
This is our introductory group where swimmers are taught basic fundamentals for all four strokes in a fun and energetic atmosphere.
Workout Days/Times: Mon-Fri 5:30-6:30pm Coach Abby
Athletes in this group focus mainly on learning four legal competitive strokes, having fun, and perfecting start and turn technique.

Workout Days/Times: 5:30-7:00
Dryland For Some Bronze/Senior groups: Tuesday & Thursday 6:00-6:45pm, swimming continues until 8:00pm.
Minimum age for entry into this group is 10 years old. Athletes entering this group will be introduced to training sets and focused on taking the next step to competitive swimming. This group must display knowledge and efficiency of all 4 strokes as well as the Individual Medley. Before moving to the Bronze group this group must perform a group of sets to test out. (no exceptions)
Blue Group: Coach: Abby
Workout Days/Times: 530-645 Saturdays 9:00am-11:00am
Minimum age for entry into this group is 10 years old. Athletes entering this group must display a desire to begin training on a more committed basis. Competition at swim meets is expected in this group. Training takes precedence for the first time in the athletes development. Athletes in this group have multiple Junior Olympic event cuts.
Bronze Group Coach: Andrew
Workout Days/Times: 530-8:00pm Saturdays 9:00am-11:00am
Minimum age for entry into this group is 12 (girls) or 13 (boys). Athletes entering the Ultra Senior group must display a strong desire to perform at the highest level they are capable of. Training is geared towards individual talents, although a strong aerobic endurance factor is present. Athletes in this group are directed towards making their California-Nevada Sectional Time Standards.
