Join us for indoor warm water exercise!
PrimeLife Enrichment’s comfortable 87-degree pool offers many benefits that land exercise cannot.
Aquatic activity benefits all ages, especially seniors. The buoyant environment of the pool allows those who have the aches and pains of arthritis, fibromyalgia, MS, Parkinson’s and low back pain to participate in low impact activities that are easy on the joints and low risk. The pool is an excellent tool for those who are getting ready for or recovering from surgery. After Physical Therapy aquatic activity is beneficial for further recovery and regaining strength. With a variety of classes, we have a pool activity that fits your schedule and your fitness level. Our pool is also equipped with easy-entry stairs, a lift, and handrails along the sides of the pool. Plus, our pool offers many social benefits such as camaraderie, support and even some friendly competition.
While PLE’s mission is to serve those aged 50 and beyond, adults of all age are welcome to join our fitness programs. If you’re in your 40s and want to continue your rehab after a knee surgery, you will find our pool classes are perfect for you. Or if you are needing to build strength before a surgery and want low impact aerobics, you will find our aquatic exercises to be just what the doctor ordered. Currently, our youngest member is 24 and he has lost 80 pounds! Through his dedicated workouts, he is continuing his weight loss journey. Whatever your unique circumstances are -- even if you just want to be at a gym where you will be welcomed in as family -- come check us out. We offer a free day pass so you can try before you join.
