Station 1 - "Splashers"

Station 2 - "Bubblers"
Skills To Be Learned
1. Face in
2. Vertical submersion - assisted
3. Vertical submersion - independent
4. Breath holding 3-5 sec.
5. Mouth and nose bubbles
6. Eyes open underwater
7. Front float, face in - supported
8. Back float, ears in - supported
9. Horizontal submersion - assisted

 
Station 3 - "Floaters"
Skills To Be Learned
1. Independent front float
2. Independent back float
3. Front float with kick - 3-5 sec.
4. Back float with kick and breathing - 3-5 sec.
5. Sit/fall off wall to coach
6. Front kick from teacher to wall 
7. Front glide from wall push off
8. Back glide from wall push off
9. Rhythmic bobs - 5-10x

Station 4 - "Kickers"
Skills To Be Learned
1. Sit/fall/turn around back to wall
2. Tread water
3. Front kick, face in 5-10 sec.
4. Back kick, 5-10 sec.
5. Front kick with arms extended
6. Roll-overs
7. Jump to teacher in 5', tread, back float
8. Jump to teacher in deep end

Station 5 - "Crawlers"
Skills To Be Learned
1. Dog paddle
2. Finning on back
3. Pop-up breathing
4. Backstroke basic arm movement
5. Swim 10' on front, tread, swim back to wall on back

Station 6 - "Frogs"
Skills To Be Learned
1. Breast kick movement
2. Breast arm movement
3. Giant dog paddle
4. Modified front crawl - 20'
5. Backstroke - 20'
6. Side kicking

Station 7 - "Dolphins"
Skills To Be Learned
1. Side breathing
2. See-Saw, Ripple Drill, Body Dolphin
3. Super sculling with see-saw
4. Whole stroke butterfly - no breathing
5. Freestyle - with out of water arm recovery
6. Breaststroke - 20'

 

Station 8 - "Starfish"
Skills To Be Learned
1. Freestyle with side breathing
2. Backstroke - 2 pool widths
3. Breaststroke - 2 pool widths
4. Butterfly - 20'



 

Station 9 - "Divers"
(in 5' of water or deeper)

Skills To Be Learned 
1. Diving safety
2. Sitting Dive
3. Kneeling Dive
4. Standing Dive

 
Station 10 - "Swimmers"
Skills To Be Learned 
1. 25 yds. each: Free, Back, Breast
2. Butterfly - 1 pool width
3. Streamline: front & back
4. Somersault or shoulder roll in water by wall
