Our objective with the White Group is to help swimmers develop practice skills that will increase short-term growth, but more importantly, enhance long-term success as they advance through our training groups
We also want to provide a positive learning environment where swimmers learn the value of hard work and feel as if they can grow with our team.
Our focus during each practice is on building a strong technique base for all four competitive strokes and teaching the importance of good practice habits.
Swimmers will learn technique drills to help with balance, posture, coordination, and distance per stroke
Practice is offered 4 times per week for one hour; Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. 3 times per week during the Summer.
Swimmers should attend at least 2 practices per week

Swimmers are required to have fins
We recommend two pairs of goggles, nose clip, and a water bottle
