Pace/Split Chart
 

Swimmers should go into every race with a split plan and strategy, knowing what splits they need to average to obtain a particular time.  The first step is to understand your pace during practice.  Below is a Pace/Split chart for swimmers to help with their training.  For additional information on training and race strategies, DSA members should sign into their account and access the DSA Library.
