How to Register

All swim meet entries are completed on-line through our team website. The coaching staff is always available to discuss what events swimmers should swim at meets, however, you and your swimmer are responsible for committing and signing up for events at meets.

Please keep in mind the entry deadlines for each meet! We try to send reminder emails, however, it is important for you to check the meet page frequently. We don't always get into all of the meets we post.

Meet fees are charged in addition to your monthly dues and include a pool surcharge fee as well as per event fees. Fees are billed to your account and are paid monthly. Meet fees can add up quickly, please read the meet information and understand the fees before signing up for a meet.

How to Register for Meets

COMMIT or NOT Commit to attend each meet:

  • Click on the Meets tab to choose the meet you plan to attend (this includes championship meets such as Silver State, Senior State and State, as well as travel meets).
  • Once you have signed in, you will be brought to a page that will allow you to commit or not commit your child to the meet.
  • If you have more than one child swimming you will see them listed on this page.
  • If you wish to commit to just one or two days of a meet, then they need to state this in the "comment box".
  • The default is Not Committed - if you do not commit and sign up your child to swim, we will NOT enter them into the meet
  • Be sure to SAVE CHANGES

Signup for Events after you COMMIT to a meet:

  • Once yes is selected to commit to a meet, you will see the events your child MAY be eligible to swim
  • You will also see the best times inserted into the Entry Time field and highlighted in yellow
  • Check the Checkbox to the left of the name for those events you would like to swim
  • Please take careful notice of any time standards that must be met in the right-side columns
  • Once you have finished, click on the Submit Button in the lower right
  • Repeat the process for additional swimmers
  • You will notice that Coach Approval column will indicate Pending after you submit. The coaches will approve or reject your request and once they submit the final choices you will be able to review by signing in and clicking on the Attend This Event button for any events listed on our team website. Look at the Coach Approval column for the events that you have been confirmed to swim.
  • E-mail the coaches if you desire direction or advice about what events your swimmer should swim.

Please pay careful attention to:

  • Maximum Event Entry Limitations IF PRESENT. Click on the >>View if present.
  • Add any notes that you want the Coach or Administrator to see (ie., if you are only swimming a particular day, etc.)

If you are NOT GOING or Commit and Decide NOT to Attend:

  • Click on the Member Names 
  • Then click on the Signup Record pull-down and select No
  • If No, just click on the [Save Changes] button to save the changes
  • If you have more than one child, repeat the same task as listed above

IMPORTANT: If you committed your child to swim and you decide not to attend BEFORE the entry deadline, you must change the Signup Record to NO. Otherwise, we will submit your entries and the meet fees are non-refundable at that point. If you decide not to attend AFTER the entry deadline, the meet fees are non-refundable.
