Senior Team

The Senior Team takes on a more rigorous training load than the Junior Team using drills that improve strength and conditioning while reinforcing technique. Practice times are longer in conjunction with the higher intensity workouts. Swimmers are expected to have a general understanding of interval training using a pace clock.

 

Most swimmers who participate with this team are 11 and older.

 

Practices are generally 90 minutes a day, 3 days per week.
