Senior Team

The Senior Team takes on a more rigorous training load than the Junior Team using drills that improve strength and conditioning while reinforcing technique. Practice times are longer in conjunction with the higher intensity workouts. Swimmers are expected to have a general understanding of interval training using a pace clock.

 

Most swimmers who participate with this team are 11 and older.

 

Practices are generally 90 minutes a day, 3 days per week.

Option #1 Seasonal Fee: $100.00/month through July 2020*

 

Option #2 Month to Month: 130.00/month

 

Option #3 Mile High Swim League Swimmers*: $60.00/month

 

Reservation Option: Swimmers who register for the Seasonal Fee may pay $35.00/month in lieu of the monthly due for a maximum of 2 months. This option is generally used for vacations, high school season, etc. Swimmers may still attend 3 practices per month.

 

* Swimmer must be part of a Mile High Swim League team. Swimmers are allowed to attend up to 5 practice from May 18th to July 10. The Reservation Option isn't available for this option.
