Senior 3 and Senior 5 Groups
Senior 5 swimmers practice up to 5 times per week, working toward silver state and state qualifying times. These swimmer are age 13 and over or within ½ a season of turning 13. Good practice and meet attendance is highly encouraged. The goal of this group is to work toward eventually qualifying for the Sectionals Practice Group. Equipment includes: paddles, fins, pull buoys, snorkel, stretch cords, and athletic shoes and sweats or other appropriate dryland workout clothing.
Senior 3 is a beginning group for Senior level swimmers age 13 and older. Swimmers need to have knowledge of all 4 competitive strokes and have some swimming endurance. Please contact us to have your child evaluated by a coach to see if it will be a good fit. Swimmers in this group should attend practice 2-3 times a week and participate in meets when appropriate. These swimmers practice to: stay in shape, excel in high school swimming, or condition for multi-sport participation. Swimming goal is to move to Senior 5. Equipment includes: paddles, fins, pull buoys, snorkel, stretch cords, and athletic shoes and sweats or other appropriate dryland workout clothing.
Note: Senior 3 swimmers can only swim on scheduled Senior 3 practice days. No exceptions can be made.

Senior Group Fees:
Senior 3 - $100/month(Sept-June); $25/month fundraising commitment(Oct-July). Both fees are for 10 months.
Senior 5 - $115/month(Sept-June); $80/month fundraising commitment(Oct-July). Both fees are for 10 months.
