General Rules for all levels:

Requirements are listed as the rule for advancement but sometimes will be modified as determined by the Head Coach Roy Chaney-CEO/Owner. Some younger swimmers maybe ready for more advanced work at the recommendation of the head coach and approval of the swimmer and parents. However, our goal is to prevent burnout and injuries so the athlete can enjoy the sport of swimming for many years. The Head Coach will have the final decision on all manners related to the athletes training (in/out of the water and when away from the pool) while members of the team.
