Group C

 

 

 

The swimmers in this group are kids that have either just completed swim lessons or have the ability to swim one lap of freestyle with rotary breathing and have a working knowledge of a second stroke. Swimmers will work on stroke development for all four strokes, starts, turns and finishes.

Ages 6-11

Recommended 3 practices per week.

Weeknights 4:45PM-6:00PM
Weekends 8:00AM-9:15AM
(times may vary during season)

A 3 month introductory program for Group C is available for new swimmers.

Group A

 

 

The swimmers in this group are kids with the goal of swimming in meets. Simmers in this group continue to work on stroke technique, improving starts, turns and finishes.

Ages 10-14

Recommended 5 practices per week.

Weeknights 4:45PM-6:15PM
Weekends 8:00AM-9:30AM
(times may vary during season)

Group T

 

 

The swimmers in this group are kids that have the goal to compete at state level championship meets and higher. Swimmers in this group continue to work on stroke technique, racing strategies, with an increase in endurance and strength.

Ages 13-21

Recommended 6 practices per week.

Weeknights 4:45PM-6:45PM
Weekends 8:00AM-10:00AM
(times may vary during season)

 

Please contact debiwhiteley@aol.com if you are interested in having your child join the team. Each new member will be evaluated by our Head Coach so that he/she can be placed in the appropriate group.

One week free trial available for new swimmers to the CAT program.
