Level Description : 

The "JO" group focuses on the transition from technique to training. While technique improvement is still a major priority, swimmers are introduced to training techniques designed to increase aerobic and anaerobic capacities as well as different race pace effort levels. Swimmers are expected to attend 5-6 practices per week.

Required Equipment:

Cap, goggles, snorkel, short fins, mesh bag, water bottle 

 

Practice Schedule
