How to Register



Welcome to the East Coast Aquatic Club Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily see your monthly statements, declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim time histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.


Registration is easy! Simply CLICK HERE to go to the registration page. There you will click on Continue or Check Status to begin the process. Please enter/update all of your information and read through all of the waivers, policies and contracts. If you have multiple swimmers, please make sure to select all members and update your child's information. All sections marked with a red asterisk must be filled in, any section not marked is optional. Be sure to include any medical information. 


On your child’s information page at the bottom, there is a section titled : "Register to this Group." New swimmers please select "New Swimmer Registration.”


The Registration Fee is $100.00. There is a sibling discount of $20.00 per swimmer for families with multiple swimmers.

This is the account to pay for the Coaches Fee ($90.00) The process for setting up the account is easy. Simply follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Go to
  2. Hover over the “Online Services” tab at the top of the screen until a drop down menu appears and then click on “Register/Pay for a Program”. 
  3. Click “Create and Account”
  4. Once logged in, select “Program Registration”.
  5. Select the desired facility in the location area of the Activity Search Criteria and click search.
  6. Select the program & the correct monthly fee you would like to pay by clicking the plus sign. 
  7. Please select your child’s group by the amount you pay, not the name of the group
  8. Add items to the cart, select the participant and click continue.
  9. Continue to payment.
  • Be sure to complete the payment process, otherwise your selection will stay in your shopping cart & you will not be debited the monthly fee. You will know you have completed the payment process once you receive a receipt.
  • Please register for auto pay before the first of the month.
  • Please note that you will not be able to change or add members to your household. If you should need to add a member to your household you will need to contact the Aquacrest pool office.
