At PAQ, we teach the skill of swimming the RIGHT way, the FIRST time!  With a focus on proper technique, we build swimmers for life.  Any swimmer or non-swimmer, aged 7 to adult, is welcome in our lessons!  PAQ is proud to announce a partnership with SwimAmerica, the preferred method to teach swimming used by only top professional programs worldwide!  

NOW RUNNING:

PAQFitness June 12-July 20, 2023

• Year-round programming, offered in convenient seasonal sessions
• Open to swimmers aged 8-18 (must complete a skills-test)
• Experienced, highly-qualified FHSAA & USA-S certified coaches
• Private 6-lane/25-yard pool @ Private School
• Focus is on skill development and general conditioning
• Goal: fitness & fun! And, to prepare swimmers to join a year-round swim team
