Scots Water Polo Developmental

About:  Developmental water polo is a fun game geared towards children interested in coming to the pool and having fun.  The program is geared towards 3rd - 8th grade children. It is a fun way of learning the great sport of water polo at a young age. We are dedicated to developing your child’s basic Water Polo skills in a fun way that will also increase their ability to relax and be even more safe in any aquatic environment.

Who:  This program is open to boys and girls of novice skill. The ages in this group range from 9-13 years.

When: You can come to as many or as few practices as you like. Optional games are held every few weeks on the weekends. There are no practices on school holidays.

Practices :  Tuesday and Thursday,  430pm-600pm Saturday 1130am-130pm

Where:  All practices are held at Saint Andrew’s School in Boca Raton.  Games will be held at different pools around the South Florida area

Tournament Participation:

This is to explain our policy for participating in tournaments.

If you confirm attendance at a tournament, that fee is your responsibility.
However, if you confirm and cannot attend, we require 5 days notice to relieve you of that financial responsibility.
Tournament fees are based on the number of players who commit.  Therefore, if 12 players commit and the fee is $400, we split the fee among the players on the roster.  If someone does not attend, does not pay, and does not notify Coach Kurt, the club incurs the fee for that player.
Coach Kurt will post the roster one week prior to the tournament on our website under "Competitions" tab.  Click on the name of the tournament to view the roster.

Thank you for your understanding and please contact me if you have any questions or comments.
The coaches are excited with the number of players and we enjoy seeing them involved in tournaments - have fun!
