Blue Wave Programming at BSAC
We offer a unique, progressive system of athletic development here at Blue Wave. It is based on decades of experience and success developing some of the finest swimmers in the country. Below is a description of our training groups. We assign swimmers to groups based on their current level, not age. If they meet the standards we have set for levels advancement, they are ready to meet the challenges of the next training group. This system ensures that no swimmer is ever too challenged or too bored.
Most families are not sure which group is right for their situation. We are here to help. Check out our current practice schedule and bring your child for a fast, friendly and free evaluation during any of our training sessions. Our caring, certified staff will guide you to the program that is perfect for your needs. If you still have questions, please call our Head Coach Rich Rogers. His direct cell number is (813) 846-8352 and his email is CoachRichRogers@MyBSAC.org. We look forward to having you as a valued member of the team!

FAQ - My child has completed Level Four swim lessons. Should I sign him or her up for Stroke School or Blue?
Both programs are a great starting point. The stroke school might be better for the child who has many other weekly activities. It is also a wonderful, low commitment way to see if competitive swimming is something your child wants to pursue further. The Blue training group option might be better suited for the child who is in love with swimming and wants to progress at a faster rate.
