This group provides the highest level of coaching and training in the world. This group is for designed for the training and preparation of athletes preparing for national, international, and other high level competitions (World Championships, Olympic Games, etc). Athletes in this group will train a minimum of 9 swimming workouts per week as well as 3 weightlifting sessions and 3 dryland sessions. Entry in this group only by coach approval.
