The Senior II group is made up of swimmers who have a need to increase volume and intensity beyond our Age Group offerings, but are not quite ready to take on the demands of Senior I.  The emphasis of this group is to prepare the swimmers for Senior level training.  Swimmers from this group may have the option of continuing their swimming career on to the Senior I group depending on their interest and goals in competitive swimming.  Strength work in the form of dryland training will be a part of this squad.
