Senior Group

Athletes entering this group must be at least 15 years of age and display a strong desire to perform at the highest level they are capable.  Swimmers in this group have either qualified for SR Champs or are training for it.  Proper technique is still emphasized but dry land training and more yardage is also introduced.  This is NOT a recreational training group.  The focus of this group is training for Senior Championship swim meets and beyond.  Swimmers in this group must commit to attend a minimum of 5 SWIM practices a week and one meet a month. 

Practices prepare athletes to compete and swim meets give meaning to the practices.

In addition to successfully completing the 200 IM and 500 free, swimmers must also be able to complete a minimum training set:

5 - 100's free on 1:20

4 - 200's free on 3:00

Senior Group Coach:  Nathan King

Senior Group:  $140/month (2nd Swimmer $90, 3rd Swimmer $65)

The Senior group offers 6 practices a week and attendance requirements are a minimum of 5 practices a week (Consideration will be given to high school swimmers during high school season).  Attendance at swim meets is also required.  If attendance requirements are not maintained swimmers will be moved to the Gold Group.

Equipment required:  fins, pull buoy, snorkel, hand paddles, 8" parachute, and kickboard.

Monday 6:15-7:00pm dry land, 7:00-8:45pm swim

Tuesday 5:45-7:00pm swim

Wednesday 6:30-7:30am swim AND 6:15-8:15pm swim

Thursday 6:15-7:00pm dry land, 7:00-8:45pm swim

Friday 5:00-5:45pm dry land, 5:45-7:00pm swim

Saturday 7:00-9:00am

Summer 2021 Schedule (begins June 14th)

M/W/F dry land 6:30-7:00am, swim 7:00-9:00am

T/TH swim 7:00-9:00am & 7:00-8:00pm

Saturday swim 7:00-9:00am
