Performance Specialist
Trinity Prep Strength Coach (Swimming)
Daniel attended the University of Central Florida where he completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Exercise Science.
While attending UCF, Daniel set out his goal to become a sports performance coach. As step one of accomplishing that dream, he interned in the Human Performance Laboratory at UCF. From there, Daniel volunteered with a community youth soccer program through the Orlando City SC, for a summer before attending graduate school. While in grad school, he interned in UCF Athletics with Olympic Sports, he was employed at the Recreation and Wellness Center on campus as the student lead for the personal training department, and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Upon graduation, Daniel moved to Colorado Springs CO. to intern at the Olympic Training Center.
The latest stop on his journey has brought him to us here at SPECTRUM. In the spring of 2018 Daniel completed our 12 week internship program and began working with our high school athletes as the Strength and Conditioning coach for Trinity Prep. Daniel’s passion for progress and bettering others makes him an excellent coach.
