The Blue Dolfins offer multiple training groups. It is our goal to offer age specific training for all swimmers to help them reach their potential

SUMMER WORKOUT SCHEDULE -   STARTS May 26th                                                  

Flippers - M, T, W, R 5-6 PM

Bronze - M-R 6:00- 7:30 PM, Friday 8:45 - 10;15 AM

Silver - M, F 4:30 - 6:30, T, R 6-8:00 AM and 5:00 - 6:30 PM, W, 7-9 AM, S,8:30 - 10:30

Senior M-F 3-5 PM, 7-9 AM, occasional T/R, or F afternoon off. S - 7- 9 AM

Barracudas - TR 9-10:15 AM



Pre- Flippers (Starts back MAY 12th)

Our youngest group. Goal is to get them ready for flippers by teaching body position, proper kicking, comfort in the water, and the basics of the 4 strokes. workouts will last at least 30 minutes, 2 days per week -practice starts at 4:15 PM Tuesday and Thursday..  $60 / month


Athletes 5 - 9 are taught the fundamentals necessary for proper stroke and athlete development. Swimmers should be able to do free and back and be able to take instruction. A smaller coach / athlete ratio is offered. Flippers Group Coach:  Sue Butcher, Lisa Stone, Harper Grabenhorst, and Jaden Herbet
$90 /month 2-3 days per week recommended 

Bronze Group

Athletes in this group focus mainly on learning four legal competitive strokes, having fun, and perfecting start and turn technique.  Bronze Group Coaches: Sue Butcher, Lisa Stone, Harper Grabenhorst, and Jaden Herbet
 $115 / month 3-4 days per week recommended 

Silver Group

Athletes in this group are usually at least 11 years old, in the 6th grade, and have completed the Bronze Group move-up skills list. This group is exposed to training for the first time while trying to prepare for the 200/500 Freestyle and 200/400 Individual Medley races. Competing at swim meets is highly encouraged at a rate of about once per month. cost is $130/month

Gold Group

Senior Group

Minimum age for entry into this group is freshman in HS. Athletes entering the Senior group must display a strong desire to perform at the highest level they are capable of. Training is geared towards individual talents, although a strong aerobic endurance factor is present. Athletes in the Senior group are directed towards making their Sectional Time Standards and above. Minimum training sets include: 5-6 days per week.

National Group

Minimum criteria for entry is (1) Junior National time standard and a desire to be competitive on a National level. This group focuses on National and international level competitions. $160/month
