Junior Performance Team
Coach Connie Henshaw
- This group is for age group swimmers that compete on a state wide level.
- Ages 8 to 14.
- Workouts are scheduled 6 days per week for 2 hours on Monday through Saturday.
- Workout attendance required at least 5 days per week including Saturday mornings.
- Weekday mornings are also available as well as dry land strength training.
- Advancement to this group is by coach recommendation only.
