TRAINING SCHEDULES FOR OUR YEAR-ROUND SWIMMERS:

FALL THROUGH SPRING (August - May)

Age Group 1 has two groups, at either 5:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M., Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Age Group 2  has two groups, at either 5:00 P.M., and 6:00 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Age Group 3 will have one group at 5:00 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, as well as 9-10:30 am on Saturdays.

Age Group 4 will swim from 5 until 6:30 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and from 9-10:30 AM on Saturday.

Age Group 5 will swim from 5 until 7 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and 9-10:30 AM on Saturday.

Senior Group:

August thru October:  Swimming on Monday-Wednesday-Friday mornings from 5:30 until 7:00 AM. and Saturdays from 9 until 10:30 AM.

November thru January, and during the month of May:  Weekdays from 2:30 until 5 PM, and Saturdays from 9 until 10:30 AM.

February thru April:  Weekdays from 5 pm until 7 pm, and Saturdays from 9 until 10:30 am.

Senior Elite Group:

September thru May:  Mon-Wed-Fri AM from 5:30-6:45 am;  Weekdays, M-Tu-Th-F afternoons, 2:30-5:30 pm, Wednesdays, 2-5 pm.  Morning weights on Tue and Thur AM, 6-6:45 am, and Saturdays from 8-8:45 am.

 

SUMMER SCHEDULE (June and July)

PLEASE NOTE:  FOR AG1-4, AN ADDITIONAL  $50 SUMMER FEE IS BILLED EACH MAY.  THIS FEE COVERS PARTICIPATION IN ALL SUMMER DEVELOPMENTAL MEETS, SEMINOLE AQUATICS T-SHIRT, A SEMINOLE AQUATICS TEAM CAP, AND THE END-OF-SUMMER PARTY.

Age Group One- One group at 6 PM, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Age Group Two- One group at 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.

Age Group Three- One group at 6:30 PM, Monday thru Thursday, plus Saturdays from 9 until 10:30 AM.

Age Group Four- One group from 5 PM until 6:30 PM, Monday thru Thursday, plus Saturdays from 9 AM until 10:30 AM.

Age Group Five- One group from 5 PM until 7 PM, Monday thru Thursday, plus Saturdays from 9 AM until 10:30 AM.

Senior Group- Weekdays from 6:30 AM until 9:30 AM, and Saturdays from 9 AM until 10:30 AM.  Weights?  Time TBD, but we offer three days a week of summer Senior weight training, on Tue-Thur-Sat.

 

TEAM BREAKS:

END OF SUMMER:  AG1, AG2, AG3, AG4, and AG5 all take a one-week break.

END OF MAY:  The ENTIRE TEAM takes a one week break at the end of May.

END OF DECEMBER:  AG1-5 will take a two week break during the final two weeks of December (SR and SR Elite will take just one week off at the end of December).
