Monday:

5:45 a.m.-7:30 a.m., mat workout & brief pool workout; 3:45-5:30 p.m., pool workout

Tuesday:

5:45 a.m.-7:30 a.m., pool workout; 3:45-4:30 p.m. QuicKick

​​Wednesday:

3:45 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. pool workout

 Thursday:

5:45 a.m.-7:30 a.m., pool workout; 3:45-4:30 p.m. QuicKick

Friday:

5:45 a.m.-7:30 a.m., mat workout & brief pool workout; 3:45-5:30 p.m. pool workout, including game

Saturday:

10:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m., pool & deck workout

 

TRSC Intermediates and On-Rampers

 

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday afternoon: 5:30-7:00 p.m.

Saturday afternoon: 12:30-2:00 p.m. (Wednesdays occasionally substitute for Saturdays; when this is necessary, you are notified in advance.)
