Glen Oaks Swim & Tennis Fall Swim Program 2019
The coaching staff at Glen Oaks is excited to begin the 2019 Fall Swim Program. The benefits for fall swimming are vast. Your swimmer will experience endurance and strength training, conditioning and improve strove technique. This endurance base will carry over to their summer swimming, along with improved technique, which allows your swimmer to return to next summer’s season with a whole new outlook on swimming.
The program focuses on proper swimming technique through extensive stroke and turn drills and constant refinement. Our goal is to meet each swimmers needs and abilities with a comprehensive approach to advance each individual’s skills to a higher level. The swimmers are motivated through positive feedback, detailed stroke and turn instructions, beginning advanced drills with easy to follow step-by-step instructions to aid stroke development. The coaches are dedicated to giving individual attention to each one of the swimmers, so that no one is lost in the pack.
Glen Oaks has a phenomenal fall swim team. Workouts are offered five days a week, the swimmers are placed in lanes by age group and ability to get the best results. Two USS certified coaches that are passionate and knowledgeable conduct the workouts giving each swimmer personal attention.
Practice takes place at Glen Oaks Swim & Tennis Club, 4301 Paradise Drive, Carmichael.
COST: 1st Member: $275 Each Additional Member: $225
1st Non-Member: $375 Each Additional Non-Member: $350

TENTATIVE Practice Schedule, Monday – Friday:
- 11 year olds on up practice from 4:00 – 5:30pm
- 9-10 year olds practice from 5:15-6:15pm
- 7-8 year olds practice from 5:30-6:15pm
- 6U practice Monday – Thursday, 5:30PM
