Advance Age, Senior, & Team Elite

  • 4 hours of Dry Land
  • 10 hours of swimming in the afternoons
  • 6 more hours of swimming in the mornings: Monday – Thursday from 5:00am to 6:30am
    • Reminder: morning practices do not substitute for afternoon practice; it is time offered to keep improving and to prepare for college swimming.
    • The Advance Age Groupers are only to come to morning practices if Coach Jrod feels they are ready to take the next step, are committed to keep improving and prepared to take their talents to the next level.
  • A total of 16 hours of swimming time is offered every week to this group
  • Senior Group is recommended to swim at least 12 hours a week + Dry Land times.
