Monday/Wednesday – 5:30 a.m.-3:15 p.m., 8-9:30 p.m.
Tuesday/Thursday – 5:30 a.m.-8 a.m., 9:30 a.m.-3:15 p.m., 8-9:30 p.m.
Friday – 5:30 a.m. -3 p.m.
Saturday/Sunday – Noon-4 p.m.
Monday/Wednesday – 5:30 a.m.-8 a.m., 1 p.m.-2 p.m, 8:30-9:30 p.m.
Tuesday/Thursday – 5:30 a.m.-8 a.m., 9:30-10 a. m., 12:45 p.m.- 2 p.m., 7:30-9:30 p.m.
Friday – 5:30 a.m.- 8 a.m., 1 p.m.-3 p.m.
Saturday – 2:30-4 p.m.
Sunday – Noon-4 p.m.
- Note – The schedule will have some modifications due to swim meets. Please call (770)457-7946 ext. 46 for monthly closings. It will be updated on the first of each month or as soon as a change is made to the rec swim schedule. Please note that rec schedules may change as school schedules are modified. They will be noted on extension 46 as soon as they are available.
Water Aerobics Schedule
Aerobics – MWF 8-9 a.m. and WF 7:30-8:30 p.m.
- These classes includes aerobic, endurance and strength exercises for adults and seniors
Arthritis – MWF Noon-1 p.m.
- This class includes low-impact arthritis management exercises for adults and seniors
