Before selecting a class, you must set up your personal user accounts for the Aquatics Portal and add your children to the account using the directions below.

Please note that your login name will be your email address and the system will create a password for you.  Please keep this information secure and protected.  We are available to answer any questions and assist you during regular business hours.  The office phone number is 713-748-7333.

We suggest that you use this time to set up your accounts so that you will be ready when registration opens.  You will receive an email when the registration period is open and further instructions on how to choose and secure your class. Remember that you can only participate in one class per session.

If you do not currently have a user account and password for the Portal, follow these steps to create a portal account that will enable you to register your children for classes:

1. Click here: http://apps.harriscountytx.gov/aquatics/AquaticRegistrationYouth.aspx.

2. Fill out the form as completely as possible. Several of the fields are required. In theParent/Guardian Name: field under Household Information, enter your name. In the E-mail: field under Household Information, be sure to enter your e-mail address. You will use this e-mail address as your user id when you log into the portal to register your children for classes.

3. After completing the form, click Submit. Repeat steps 1-3 for every child you want to add to your account. Be sure to enter the same name in the Parent/Guardian Name: field and the same e-mail address in the E-mail field under Household Information that you used for your other children. This will ensure that your children are added to your account.

4. Check your email for confirmation of your user name and your new password. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and a portal password e-mail for every child you add to your account. If you do not receive an email, please check your “junk” folder.

5. Click the link in the email you received to access the portal’s login page.

6. Once you’ve accessed the login page, enter your user name and new password.(Reminder: Keep user name and password secured)

7. Once you access your portal page, click the History tab and verify that your children are visible in the Applicant Name column.

8. Simply close your browser to log off.

9. The next step will be the registration process.  This process will be explained in the email you will receive once registration is open.

If you currently have a user account and password for the Aquatics Portal, you can add your children (not other adults) to your account by following these steps:

1. Click here: http://apps.harriscountytx.gov/aquatics/AquaticRegistrationYouth.aspx.

 

2. Fill out the form as completely as possible. Several of the fields are required. In the E-mail field under Household Information, be sure to enter the e-mail address you use to log into the portal.
