Senior Team:

The Senior Team is a competitive program for swimmers who have been with a competitive year-round program for at least one year, and meet the MARC training and attendance requirements.  The Senior Team member will be expected to navigate through some very complex training routines in and out of the water.  Competition is required at this level, and Senior Team members will set realistic, reasonable and proper goals for their respective seasons  to assist in reaching the highest potential of the athlete.  The attendance expectation of the Senior Team member is 80% of the available practices.  Some two-a-day practices will be available during the winter and summer breaks.

The Senior Team member must have a recommendation by a current member of the coaching staff member.
