Team YES! Leadership
Our team is run by a dedicated group of Volunteer Parents who strive to ensure that your experience with Team YES! is a great one! Many of our Volunteers hold full-time day jobs and contribute their time to the organization after business work hours. If you have questions or concerns, the Board is happy to help and will respond to your inquiry at the earliest opportunity.
Below are a few of the people that help Team YES! run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
President / Treasurer
Jerry has been married for 20 years and has 3 children, one who swam for Team YES! and another that is currently swimming for the team; both started with the team in 2007. Since his daughters have joined Team YES!, they have improved their stroke techniques and endurance for swimming. When Jerry is not supporting his girls at swim meets or practices, his day to day profession is designing and building pools for the family business.

Secretary / Team Merchandise Coordinator
Victoria and her husband of 16 years have been a part of Team YES! since 2012, when their two oldest children decided they wanted to take the fun of summer league and work hard to turn it into their year-round passion. Since then, her youngest has joined the others so she currently has swimmers in Beginner, White and Blue Groups, and can be found poolside most days of the week. Victoria loves watching her kids learning good sportsmanship, a strong work ethic, and the ability to set and achieve personal goals while they improve their strength and technique in the Team YES! environment. Recently back in the workforce after 12 years of being a full-time parent, Victoria is trying hard to balance her many roles well.
Cheryl is the wife of Jerry Doyle and like their family business, she is along side of him volunteering as a board member of Team YES! Cheryl enjoys helping organizations in which her children are a part of and cheering them on every chance she gets! Cheryl states, “Team YES! has been one of the most organized and positive group of parents I have been involved with.” During her “free time” she likes to read and travel.
Meet Entry Chair / Safety Coordinator / Gulf House of Delegates Representative
Armando has been involved with Team YES! since 2006. He has two swimmers in the Senior group. Swimming runs in Armando's family as his wife is also an accomplished Master Swimmer and Armando is a Stroke & Turn official. Swimming is not Armando's only sport of choice, when Armando is not breathing in the chlorine air at the pool, he can be found cheering on his favorite soccer teams on TV.
