Initial level assignments will be determined based on tryout week workouts (completing sprint and distance test sets, willingness to work hard, and ability to be a team member all play a factor), the mock meet, and proof of previous times and conversations with external parties.  Levels are in no way guaranteed for the entire season they earned on a continuous basis and the ultimate decision rests at the discretion of the head coach.   The best per individual event(s) and the best relays will be swam varsity each week. 

Junior Varsity swimmers must have mastery of all four strokes and be deemed by the coach to meet the minimum distance standards for workout within this group. Any athlete who is all training with a club team must meet with the head coach to develop a personal training plan.
