Rancho Bernardo Scholar Athlete Award

Scholar Athlete certificates are given to juniors or seniors on a varsity team who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better for the most recent semester grades. A Scholar Athlete patch is given to the athlete who has the highest GPA on the team. An athlete may earn the patch only once in his/her RBHS career. If this situation exists on the team, the patch is then given to the athlete with the next highest GPA over 3.5.
