Fall Practice Schedule 

The schedule below will run August 30-November 6th to accommodate high school swim season. Pre-practice yoga and dryland routines will return November 8th with our winter/spring schedule! C and B squads, note that your M-W-F evening practices are a bit shorter than normal; however, your squads will each get to use all 4 lanes for those workouts. This will alleviate the crowding from past seasons and allow for a much better practice! A squad, you will have 2 morning practices offered, Monday and Saturday. Thank you all for your patience as we share the pool with the 4 high school teams in the area for these two months.
