Seniors

This group is by Invite only, and requires swimmers to attend a minimum of 75% of the practices and do a number of meets. The senior group will be primarily focused on aerobic conditioning and training, much less on the technique as that should have been established in previous experience.

 

Workout Days/Times

  • Monday:       6:30 - 7:30 (Dryland) AND 7:30 - 8:45 (Swim)
  • Tuesday:       6:45 - 8:30
  • Wednesday:  6:45 - 8:30
  • Thursday:     6:00 - 6:45 (Dryland) AND 6:45 - 8:30 (Swim)
  • Friday:          6:00 - 7:00
  • Saturday:      7:00 - 9:00

*Saturdays have a tendency to be canceled due to swim meets. Keep and eye out for communication.
