Practice is the most important part of developing as a swimmer.  It is during practice time that your child learns from the coach and becomes a member of the team by developing friendships with the other swimmers.  We encourage all swimmers to come on time to every practice.  For more info, see Practice Guidelines

Although practice is the most important part of swimming, everyone has emergencies and other obligations. There will be some coach imposed guidelines related to practice attendance and swimming on relays for meets.

What to bring to practice:  Swimmers should bring their Y‑cards, suits, towels, fins, kickboards, goggles and caps.  First year swimmers are encouraged to get used to wearing goggles and caps as they are necessary equipment.
