15 minutes after the conclusion of the Wednesday night technical meeting.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Prelims and Timed Finals
|
30 minutes after the start of the previous day’s finals, which are all scheduled for 5:30pm.

Scratch From Finals
- Must be done within the 30-minute scratch window after preliminary results are announced.

- DECLARATION OF INTENT TO SCRATCH MUST BE DONE IN PERSON AT THE CLERK OF COURSE.
Relay Entry
- Relay cards will be available at the Clerk of Course and will be accepted there or can be submitted to [email protected] We will respond to those emails with confirmations.
- Relay names must be submitted by the time indicated by the Administrative Referee. These times will be indicated on the post-scratch timeline published the night before. Orders may be changed up to the time of the swim with the timers.
Declared False Starts
Will be accepted at admin prior to the session, and once the session starts with the chief judge near the starter/ref area up until the short whistles for the heat in question.
