Practices involve a warm-up, drills & skills portion, and an endurance based "main set," and often a cool down. Coaches have created a season-long workout and will split lanes into specific interval training during main sets to cater to those individuals who desire a more physically demanding workout.

Group Goals for Bronze include: swimming all events to complete USA Swimming’s IMReady Challenge, qualifying for and competing in YMCA Districts, strive towards the requirements for Silver.
