- Silver – 1.5 hour
- Blue/Bronze - 1 hour

FMC New Entrance/Exit Procedure
The entrance/exit to FMC will be through the front doors. Swimmers will need to remove shoes before entering the pool deck.

All swimmers must bring their own kick board to each practice.
Mandatory yearly USA Membership ($81) will be billed to accounts before session begins. This fee is nonrefundable once paid.
