Club Information Distribution

HHSC wants every member to be well informed on all activities of the club. We will disseminate general, social, meet, and billing information through the following methods:

Web site - The primary source of general team information is provided on the team web site.

E-mail - This will be our primary method for sending out club information.

HHSC on Facebook - Be sure to "like" us on Facebook for news and information about the club.

Highland Hurricanes on Twitter- Follow us on Twitter.

Mail Boxes – Each swimmer will have personal mailbox located on the pool deck. Swim meet event entries, ribbons, schedules, and special notices will be placed in the boxes. Please check these boxes on a regular basis.

Bulletin Board – General information will be posted on the club bulletin board in the hallway outside the entry to the pool. Please check the bulletin board regularly.

Mailing - Mailings will be limited to help save on funds for the club.

Personal Contact – Please contact your child’s coach or a board member if you can’t find the information that you need or if you have questions. All parents are encouraged to contact a coach regarding any swim meet or practice issues. The coaches will handle any necessary communications between HHSC and meet directors or Indiana Swimming.

It is the parent’s responsibility to check the website, their e-mail, mailboxes, and bulletin board for any changes to practice schedule, practice cancelations or changes, meet cancelations or changes, meeting announcements or any other important information that the Board or Coaching Staff may need to get out.  All efforts will be made to get as much information as possible in all places.
