2017-2018 FAST Registration Packet This is the registration packet for the 2017-2018 season. This includes the entire registration process, including registration and monthly fees, training group descriptions, practice times, code of conduct, and volunteer requirements.
2018 USA Swimming Athlete Registration This is the registration form required of all FAST swimmers that is sent to USA Swimming each fall.
2017-2018 National Team Contract This document lays out the expectations and requirements expected of those athletes invited to train with the National Team.

2017-18 Winter Sports Parent Meeting

These are the handouts from the 8th Grade Parent Meeting held by Coach Keller on Monday, March 26, 2018. Please note: The FHS Starting Info and Parent Packet are current. The 2017-18 Policies and 2017-18 Winter Sports Parent Meeting were used for the last high school season and will be updated before the 2018-19 High School season begins.

Racing Start Safety and Certification Protocol

To avoid risk of serious injury, no swimmer who has not been properly trained should attempt to perform a racing start, from either a starting block or the side of the pool, into less than 6 feet of water.

USA Swimming has implemented a racing start certification program where a swimmer's coach documents his or her professional judgment that a swimmer has demonstrated sufficient skill to safely perform a racing start into 4 feet of water in competition.

There are rare occasions when swimmers may participate in swimming competitions not under the supervision of a certified home club coach. In these situations, it is the parent's responsibility to make sure the swimmer does not attempt to perform a racing start in less than 6 feet of water if the swimmer has not been properly certified by the swimmer's home club coach to do so. (Additionally, should this situation arise, the athlete must be assigned to a certified coach on deck at the meet.)
