We offer 4 competitive training groups designed to provide each individual athlete what they need across all ages and abilities. Each group has specific goals aimed towards developing both successful athletes and individuals. This allows for parents and athletes to see what the coaches are aiming to accomplish within each group.

Bronze Group – DISCOVER:
In the Bronze Group our emphasis is placed on our Discover Principle. During their time in this group our primary goal is for our swimmers to have fun and discover their passion and love for the sport of swimming. Along the way they will learn the necessary introductory skills, that will be the stepping stones to their success.

Silver Group – DREAM:
In the Silver Group our emphasis is placed on our Dream Principle. During their time in this group our swimmers are encouraged to dream big and set their sights on their aspirations in competitive swimming. Along the way they will continue to learn new skills and refine already learned skills, while continuing to grow their passion and love for the sport.

Gold Group – DEDICATE:
In the Gold Group our emphasis is placed on our Dedicate Principle. During their time in this group our swimmers must be willing to apply the necessary dedication that it will take to lead to their respective level of success. Along the way they will continue to refine their technique, while being pushed to their physical and mental limits.

Senior Group – DOMINATE:
In the Senior Group our emphasis is placed on our Dominate Principle. During their time in this group our primary focus is on our swimmers dominating their desired goals and aspirations in swimming. Along the way they must place an enhanced focus on all facets of competitive swimming, both in and out of the water.
