Practice Groups and Schedule
Group 1: Swimmers who are new to competitive swimming. Emphasis is on the development of the 4 competitive stroke mechanics and developing endurance. Practice is 1 ½ hours, and participants are expected to attend 3 - 4 practices per week.
Group 2: Swimmers with solid competitive experience. Emphasis is on refining stroke technique and further development of endurance. Practice sessions are 2 hours long, and swimmers are expected to attend a minimum of 4 practices weekly.
Senior Group: Swimmers focus on Senior Championships and above. The senior group puts an emphasis on correcting and improving stroke technique. Practice sessions are 2 hours long, and swimmers are expected to attend all practices.
