Practice Groups and Schedule
Group 1: Swimmers who are new to competitive swimming. Emphasis is on the development of the 4 competitive stroke mechanics and developing endurance. Practice is 1 ½ hours, and participants are expected to attend 3 - 4 practices per week.
Group 2: Swimmers with solid competitive experience. Emphasis is on refining stroke technique and further development of endurance. Practice sessions are 2 hours long, and swimmers are expected to attend a minimum of 4 practices weekly.
Senior Group: Swimmers focus on advancing speed to qualify for higher levels of competition. The goal is to qualify for national level competitions. The senior group puts an emphasis on correcting and improving stroke technique. Practice sessions are 2 hours long, and swimmers are expected to attend all practices.
