Lake Erie Swimming makes limited funds available to help families who need financial assistance to attend special events, or continue swimming, via the Elaine Miller Fund.

If you need financial assistance please download the The Elaine Miller Fund application and the HEAT Financial Aid Contract, and speak with HEAT Head Coach Matt Davis before the application is submitted.

For swimmers who are new to our team, but not to USA Swimming!  If your swimmer belonged to another USA Swim team and is joining HEAT, please download and fill out the Transfer Request form with the appropriate information and turn in to either Coach Matt or the team registrar.

For swimmers who are attending any swim meet at Cleveland State University, please print out the following waiver have your swimmer give the form to a HEAT coach at the meet.
