  • No Practice at US on Friday, 7/20
  • Saturdays will be 2 hrs the rest of the Summer, 8-10 AM for all groups.

Notes:

- The main workouts for the Advanced and Senior Group are 6-8 AM at Mentor Civic (Long Course) the afternoons are for supplemental work and for those that cannot make the mornings. 

- On Saturdays, the Advanced and Senior Group will do dryland for the first hour (7-8 AM). Please bring running shoes and workout clothes. All groups will then get in the water together at 8 AM.
