Fitness Club and Dryland at Home
             
             

Being an elite swimmer only starts in the water, there are many things that you can do out of the pool on your own to further your swimming career. Each month the coaching staff will develop a new Dryland at Home calendar showing a list of weekly dryland activities that will only take 20 - 30 minutes per day.

The coaching staff challenges each athlete to do the BGH Dryland at Home Challenge every day during the 2018-2019 season.

Let's have some fun with this!

If mom and dad agree, take pictures during your dryland at home days and post them to our instagram or facebook pages.

Each athlete is encouraged to get the whole family in on the challenge! Let's see if your siblings or parents can do it too!
